Head of Communications & Marketing

Where your expertise is needed
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors to continuously refine and optimize the content strategy
  • Craft a compelling narrative that effectively communicates the values, mission, and impact of goodcarbon, resonating with diverse audiences
  • Drive the creation of high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and other formats
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth
  • Manage goodcarbon’s participation at relevant events and conferences
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and messaging
What we are looking for:
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing/communications
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication and marketing strategies
  • Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about environmental sustainability and climate change issues
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
